Geneva is our Senior Key Accounts Executive and plays a pivotal role in managing and developing relationships with our key customers. Responsible for overseeing customer accounts, processing orders, coordinating project requirements, and supporting strategic account planning, she helps ensure the delivery of a reliable, professional, and responsive service at every stage of the customer journey.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, Geneva acts as a vital link between our customers and internal teams, aligning customer requirements with planning, production, and delivery operations to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
